Refunds
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not offer refunds once the order has been delivered and opened.
Refunds are only applicable if:
You received the wrong product, or
The product arrived damaged or defective.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos/video of the issue
If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in cases of:
Wrong item received
Damaged item received
Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Used or opened perfumes
Items purchased during clearance or special sales
